Anelese has 10+ years of experience working at design agencies and in-house on projects that span the disciplines of product, brand and visual design. Her design process combines research, strategy, technology and imagination to create engaging experiences with purpose.

She currently leads Digital Design discipline at Everlane, setting the vision and strategy for all digital experiences.

Outside of zoom calls, you can find her crafting, ideating on entrepreneurial endeavors and hiking with her family around Bend, Oregon.
